What onboarding needs to collect
- Company name, legal entity, primary contacts, billing contacts.
- Logo, brand colors, portal headline, welcome copy, favicon/social image.
- Portal URL: default subdomain first, custom domain later.
- Client/talent roles, permissions, reporting requirements, event workflows.
- Email sender name, notification copy, report cover branding.
How this becomes the product
This demo is the front door for white-label client onboarding. The real backend version will save each setup as a tenant record, apply branding across login/dashboard/report pages, and keep each company’s users and data isolated.
