One platform • many branded instances

Brand onboarding for every client portal.

Forge Crew can run the same staffing/events engine under different tenant brands. Upload the company identity, set colors and portal copy, then generate a client-ready instance.

What onboarding needs to collect

  • Company name, legal entity, primary contacts, billing contacts.
  • Logo, brand colors, portal headline, welcome copy, favicon/social image.
  • Portal URL: default subdomain first, custom domain later.
  • Client/talent roles, permissions, reporting requirements, event workflows.
  • Email sender name, notification copy, report cover branding.

How this becomes the product

This demo is the front door for white-label client onboarding. The real backend version will save each setup as a tenant record, apply branding across login/dashboard/report pages, and keep each company’s users and data isolated.

ImmerseForge can be one tenant. Air Fresh can be another. Future clients get their own branded instance without forking the core platform.
